This sphere, ball lighting modifier creates a high-key wash of omni-directional light at a 360 degree angle. The light it creates is very soft and it is dispersed non-directionally and evenly.
The ball modifier is extremely useful for portrait photographers as it can help capture gradual skin tones and a round catch light in their eyes. It is also brilliant for indoor lighting of a room, architecture or on set and can be used as a rim light while at the same time lighting a background.
It features an easy assembly design for quick set-ups and comes with a carry bag, making it an excellent choice for the portable photographer. This 65cm lantern is a good size for individual portrait work and to be used as accent lighting.
