This is a salad server in two different colors, “Natural” and “Red”.

Both colors are coated with a “polyurethane coating” as the final process,
which conforms to the Food Sanitation Law in Japan.

The paint will come off little by little as you use it.
However, if handled with care, it can be enjoyed for a long time.

Dishwashers can also cause premature wear and tear.
We recommend using a soft sponge and mild detergent when washing.

Natural has the quality of clearly showing the original bamboo fibers,
while the Red has a texture not found in ordinary bamboo cutlery due to its clear color.

This salad server is long and wide enough to mix a salad thoroughly.
You can toss a large bowl full of salad with dressing or serve it on a plate.
